1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using SupplierRadar ("the Product"), operated by Green Retail Group LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company registered in Florida, USA, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Product

SupplierRadar provides curated, verified digital reports of US wholesale suppliers for Amazon FBA sellers, delivered as a digital file (typically XLSX) via email after purchase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and use the Product for lawful business purposes.

4. Orders and Payment

All payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases made through this site. Prices are listed in USD. Radar Subscription is a recurring monthly charge that renews automatically until cancelled.

5. Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within the timeframe stated for your package (e.g. 24h standard, 12h priority for Pro) via email to the address provided at checkout.

6. License to Use Data

Supplier reports are licensed for your internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the data provided.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Supplier reports are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that any supplier included will accept your order, offer specific pricing, or have specific minimum order quantities. Supplier terms are subject to change without notice.

8. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel Radar Subscription at any time through the customer portal provided by our payment provider. Access continues until the end of the current paid period; no partial refunds are issued for the remaining period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the compiled supplier data format and website design, is the property of Green Retail Group LLC.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the supplier data or the Product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance.
