All purchases made on supplier-radar.com are processed by our payment provider, who acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for SupplierRadar products.

Because our payment provider is the seller of record for your transaction, all refunds, cancellations, and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by our payment provider's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, not by a separate policy from Green Retail Group LLC.

This includes:

• your statutory withdrawal rights (for example, a 14-day withdrawal right for consumers in the EU/EEA/UK, and similar rights in other countries)
• discretionary refund requests
• refunds for technical or product defects
